My career as a rider began when I was 7, when I sat down on a saddle for the first time. And all my life I have been going in for riding. My favourite kind is the highest class of riding, secrets of which were opened for me by the remarkable trainer Alexandra Mihailovna Levina. But I took part in a jumping too. At the beginning of the 90th the dog-owners of Russia saw agility for the first time and it excited a great interest. Undoubtedly, the idea of Englishman Jon Varley gave to the World a wonderful show, which confirmed once more an indivisible love of people to dogs and horses. Having decided to do this kind of sport very seriously, I finished the agility's courses in Moscow at The Central Club of RKF, had got a title of the "agility-expert" and also good knowledges to work as a trainer. In the same year I began to organize the first team in the Kaliningrad region. We made special hurdles and began to train. We had a lot of problems, but in spite of these difficulties in a year our team “Ratan” took part at the great international competitions in Palanga (Lithuania), Sopot, Poznan and very successfully. The Russian Black Terriers are very obedient and communicative dogs. They jump over hurdles with a pleasure and they can take part at the amateur competitions of agility very lucky . But another breeds are becoming winners of the “Big sport”… We decided to buy a black zwerg-schnauzer doing an accent not so much on the exterior, but on the working qualities of parents. In autumn 1998 one very nice and elegant “Ishtar” appeared in our friendly terrier’s kennel. Soon she was simple called as Ronny. She was taken from Moscow. Her father is a famous winner of agility in the most important and big competitions – Chester v.Eichelberg. Polia and Yana “adopted” Ronny, she was taken under their guardianship. Ronni brought a lot of an enjoy and gladness to the calm life of our terriers! Now she is going in for agility with a great pleasure, showing incredible abilities, a nice obedience and good results. She became a favourite dog of my daughter Elena. And the success came very soon to this nice duet. Lena and 11-months Ronni debuted very successfully in August 1999 at the International Competition in Palanga (Lithuania). At this competition the team from Moscow won the first place in "agility-standart and in "mini-agility", led by the famous Chester v.Eichelberg! Agility is always a duet of a man and dog. I wish Lena and Ronni good luck, a lot of successes and victories. We are glad all funs and experts of agility who visit our web-page! |
